Terms & Conditions for Special Clearance Product
- Special Clearance products will have 1 year warranty. Under any manufacturing defects, the product will be either repaired or replaced.
- Electrical Sourcing Australia Pty Ltd. will not be responsible for any labour cost relating to removal or reinstallation of products or any transport cost.
- The warranty will be void if the product had been damaged, modified, abused or altered after the date of purchase, or if it fails to operate due to improper maintenance.
- Minimum purchase order do apply for free delivery. Please call our office to confirm.
- Order cancellation policy: Special Clearance products cannot be cancelled or change once received.
- Delivery lead time:
- Within 2 business day within Victoria.
- Within 4 business day for others states major city except NT and Perth.
- Within 10 business day for area other then above.
Terms & Conditions for General Products
- All Electrical Sourcing Australia Pty Ltd. products warranty period will be stated in our latest “Trade Price” or catalogs.
- If within the warranty period, Electrical Sourcing Australia Pty Ltd. will have the option to repair the goods or supply replacement goods free of charge. Customer is responsible for all costs to return the faulty products back to Electrical Sourcing Australia Pty Ltd. warehouse. Electrical Sourcing Australia Pty Ltd. will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the goods occurring while the defective goods are in transit.
- Claiming under warranty: Customer must contact Electrical Sourcing Australia Pty Ltd. to obtain a Goods Returned Authorisation (GRA) number for the goods and be notified of the return address. Electrical Sourcing Australia Pty Ltd. will examine any returned goods to determine that they are defective through no fault of the owner or undamaged, Electrical Sourcing Australia Pty Ltd. will repair or replace the goods accordingly.
- Electrical Sourcing Australia Pty Ltd. will not be responsible for any labour cost relating to removal or re-installation of products or any transport cost.

- Returned goods within 45 days: A handling fee of 20% of the invoiced price will be charged to the customer for any returned within 45 days from the date of delivery.
- Returned goods after 45 days: Electrical Sourcing Australia Pty Ltd. will not accept any goods returned after 45 days from the date of delivery.
- Unless otherwise stated, all prices quoted by Electrical Sourcing Australia Pty Ltd. are exclusive of GST.
- At least 1.5% fee will be added to overall payment amount if made by credit card (Amex is not accepted). Electrical Sourcing Australia Pty Ltd. reserves the right to increase the credit card surcharge should associated merchant fees change.
- Cancellation of Orders:
- Customer may not cancel an order at any time before delivery of the goods except with Electrical Sourcing written consent.
- In the event that the customer cancels an order before delivery, Electrical Sourcing Australia Pty Ltd. may retain any deposit paid; or
- If payment for the goods is not already made in full, the customer will be responsible for any losses incurred by Electrical Sourcing Australia Pty Ltd. in respect of such cancellation (including loss of profits, loss of anticipated saving, economic loss or interruption of business loss or indirect damages).
- Delivery lead time:
- Within 2 business days within Victoria.
- Within 4 business days for other states’ major cities except NT and Perth.
- Within 10 business days for areas other than above.
